You can see people running here from the early morning to the late evening, all in different speed. Just inside the illuminated track, there are loads of small, mossy, paths, just waiting to be discovered. This is an outdoor paradise if you are interested in running on trails. A lot of the paths have reflex markings on trees to make it easier to find them when running in the dark with a headlamp.
