Barbecuing in South America means inviting your guests to your home for a churrasco, where you grill your meat and serve it straight from the grill. The concept of Umami Grill is just as simple; meat, fish and other food will be grilled and served directly from the skewers. Guests are invited to eat as much as they like, food will be served until you tell the waiter to stop.
