The youth hostel is beautifully located next to the lake Asasjön, in the middle of Småland's nature. Bicycles are available to rent. There are multiple hiking trails and at Lake Asasjön you'll also find the start of a 120 km long canoe trail, called Värendsleden. Fishing possibilities. Icelandic horse riding nearby. Open year around.

The youth hostel is equipped with 54 beds, spread over rooms with between one and nine beds. There is a big kitchen and a living room with a TV. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms are shared. There is also a sauna on the property. Furthermore, guests have the possibility to hire a separate house which is located right next to the youth hostel. Smoking is forbidden all over the accommodation.
